How to purchase a gift card
Select the amount
Enter the amount you want to load the gift card with, or select one of the pre-chosen standard amounts.
Complete the purchase
Enter your details and process the purchase. Make sure you enter your correct email address – the gift card will be delivered directly to the email address you enter.
Personalise the gift card
Last but not least – choose the design you want for your gift card. You will see the options available when you click on ”Pick gift card”
A gift card can be loaded with any amount of your choosing and is valid for purchases made in the Ticket Office, restaurant and shop, but cannot be exchanged for cash. Gift cards are valid for 2 years from the date of purchase and can be purchased online or in the Concert Hall’s Ticket Office.
