Musician and yoga teacher Lene Skomedal brings you closer to the music and the people behind it, while guiding you through a wonderful yoga session. The session is built around the music, played by the Gothenburg Symphony Orchestra’s own yoga quartet, consisting of Terje Skomedal and Joel Nyman on violin, Tuula Fleivik Nurmo viola and Oscar Sokk Kleväng cello.

The yoga concerts have different themes and music, and offer a unique experience every time. You do not need any prior knowledge and there are exercieses for everyone, whether you want to take it easy or be challenged.
