In the debut album “Relatives with Lotta Svärd”, Vasa’s flora and fauna handled the small and large escapades of Ostrobothnia life – narrated by beautiful melancholy songs in Finnish Swedish. The album became an Amor’s arrow straight into many hearts and the trio became one of 2015’s most beloved debutants.

Vasa’s flora and fauna consists of Mattias Björkas, Tina Kärkinen and Daniel Ventus. “Venezian evening”, which is the band’s second album, was produced, recorded and mixed by Niklas Berglöf in Stockholm. The group describes the new album as more festive, but at the same time more desperate. The combination of the centimental, the multifaceted texts and the fancy melodies are of course still there.

Welcome to an evening of hopeful melancholy!
