Bassist Stanley Clarke is simply a musical pioneer; along with Chick Corea, he created the foundation of jazz rock, which, with its heavy sound, changed music in the 70s, and later blossomed into fusion, funk, and new, exciting combinations.

Stanley Clarke’s explosive, fretless, electric bass and its powerful sound also became an inspiration for several generations of musicians. Jazz, whose traditions he cares tenderly for when he’s not bursting through its boundaries, is at the core of his music.

This is the only concert that the base phantom Stanley Clarke gears in Sweden.
