She has performed with the Berlin Philharmonic and Boston Symphony, and recorded Sibelius’ Violin Concerto (Orfeo), which she will now be playing with the Gothenburg Symphony Orchestra in a Nordic programme that also includes the all-time favourite Peer Gynt, and Larsson Gothe’s exciting comment to Beethoven’s Symphony No. 7.
In February, Baiba Skride is touring in Germany with the Gothenburg Symphony.
