The international music camp Side by Side by El Sistema invites you to an inspiring experience in magical Götaplatsfoajén together with the children and youth from OPEN CHOIR.
Come and let the camp participants’ joyful energy surround you as they sing and play together under the direction of Magnus Petterson.
Open Choir in Concert follows Choirs in Concert which is held inside Stora Salen and your ticket is valid for both concerts.
Side by Side is organized by Gothenburg Symphony Orchestra and is an important part of Gothenburg’s 400th anniversary celebration. For a few splendid June days every year, young people from around the world gather to sing and play orchestral music together, side by side with professional musicians. The camp promotes classical music while counteracting segregation in all its forms and building bridges between people, cultures, and continents.
