Since the number of audience is so strongly limited, we unfortunately do not have the opportunity to offer you subscribers a place on the chairs you bought. The subscription lecture is therefore canceled, but you can buy single tickets to the concert from 7 November 11.00. As a subscriber you have online priority to the tickets from 6 November 11.00 via your webprofile.

We will get back as soon as we can to you subscribers buyers with detailed information about for example compensation. In general, we refund all tickets for the Gothenburg Symphony Orchestra’s own events, individually as well as within subscriptions. Refunds will be made automatically as soon as we know how the autumn season will be affected, but no later than 15 January 2021. More info about how the refunds will be made and the decision to cancel / move events can be found here.

The theme today is about Brahms who knew the cost of freedom and independence. For Schumann, his loneliness became atrocious leaving him completely isolated in the haze of insanity.

The Gothenburg Symphony Orchestra’s former pianist Erik Risberg is open for dialogue in his relaxed lectures. The piano is always in place as well as a hat that you can leave questions in. You can also count on one or more guests. Coffee and a sandwich are included in the price.
