Finally, the audience will experience powerful organ sounds in Gothenburg Concert Hall again! The instrument is financed by the real estate company Higab and the installation has taken place in close collaboration with the Gothenburg International Organ Academy. After three years of installation work, the incredible organ is now ready to be inaugurated.

The new Concert Hall Organ

Gothenburg Concert Hall has a new world-class concert hall organ, built by Rieger Orgelbau in Austria. For ten days, the over 9000 organ pipes sound when the new organ is celebrated with international soloists, premieres, organ concert with orchestra, organ marathon with participants from Västra Götaland’s 49 municipalities and live broadcasts on GSOplay. Secure your seat to the magnificent premiere concerts and be among the first to experience the powerful organ sounds in Gothenburg Concert Hall!
