Participants include artists such as Sara Varga, Skander and Myrna together with speakers such as the author Lars Åberg, a representative from GAPF and the municipal council chairman Ann-Sofie Hermansson (S). The gala’s surplus goes to GAPF’s important work against honorary oppression and violence. More contributors to be added.

Riksorganisationen GAPF -Never forget Pela and Fadime is a secular and non-profit association working against honor violence. We turn to both men and women who are in one way or another exposed to – or concerned with honor-related violence.

In addition to helping the vulnerable, we work with information dissemination and opinion formation. Today, GAPF is a well-established and sought-after knowledge center in terms of honor-related violence and oppression against youth and women’s rights throughout Sweden.
