The Chalmers Choir – Chalmers Sångkör – is the oldest and one of the largest associations within Chalmers Student Union. Since ancient times, Chalmers students have been singing. The first Chalmers student cleared his throat in 1870, and since then the choir has performed at many different events at Chalmers University of Technology.

This year it is finally time to celebrate 150 years of Chalmers Sångkör! On 23 May 2020, we welcome the general public to join us at the Gothenburg Concert Hall when we celebrate our first 150 years! We hope that you want to share the joy with us!

The choir is unique in that it consists of three part-choirs, a male choir, a ladies’ choir and a chamber choir. We have about 100 active members who sing in one of the three choirs making us one of the largest associations of Chalmers University of Technology.

More information about the choir can be found at: Homepage

Welcome to celebrate with us!
