Baroque Academy Gothenburg Symphony is an ensemble consisting of about twenty musicians driven by the desire to explore and incarnate music from the 17th and 18th centuries. In April, they go on a mini tour with the Gothenburg Symphony Orchestra’s Vocal Ensemble by their side:

• Vara Concert Hall 9 April
• Jonsereds Church 10 April

The Baroque Academy Gothenburg Symphony has done a lot of concerts over the years with visiting soloists and baroque specialists. The ensemble has played for example at Auktionsverket i Gothenburg, in Mölnlycke and in the Concert Hall’s chamber music series.

Gothenburg Symphony Vocal Ensemble is composed of twelve talented, dedicated and professional singers. They are the active core of the Gothenburg Symphony Choir, with the ambition to explore the choral artistic possibilities. Sometimes you can also experience the ensemble by themselves.
