This Is What I Mean: Dani M
During a concert evening in May 2024, a unique meeting occurred when tradition and present merged as Swedish hip-hop elite joined the Gothenburg Symphony Orchestra in Gothenburg Concert Hall. It was a success.
Dani M is a well-established artist from Uppsala with roots in both hip-hop and reggae. Since 2014, he has released three albums and collaborated with artists such as Jireel, Linda Pira and Simon Superti, most recently in the album project Pusher. In 2023, he appeared in the SVT series When hip-hop took over.
The unique symphonic arrangements are made by conductor Hans Ek. Together with Swedish top artists, Ek has given us great musical experiences and fresh interpretations of highest class.
