With the Concert Hall Card, you can add a touch of music to your life. Experience unforgettable classical concerts, family concerts, powerful organ concerts, and exciting lectures at Gothenburg Concert Hall. All you need is a library card from the Gothenburg City Library.
How it works
Events
The Concert Hall Card is valid for selected events. Here you can see the events you can borrow tickets for – including classical concerts, family concerts, organ concerts, and our Classical Curiosity lecture series.

You cannot reserve the Concert Hall Card, but you can check availability in the library catalog Gotlib.
Number of tickets
The Concert Hall Card gives you access to two tickets. There are two Concert Hall Card available to borrow from the library. The Concert Hall Card is only valid for the next upcoming event.
Borrow the Concert Hall Card
You can borrow the Concert Hall Card at the entrance desk of the City Library at Götaplatsen. To borrow it, you need a library card. It’s free.
Collect your tickets
Before the event, visit our ticket office at the Concert Hall at Götaplatsen and exchange your Concert Hall Card for tickets. The ticket office is always open in connection with concerts and events.

Loan period
The loan period is five days and cannot be extended.
Important information
No reservation
The Concert Hall Card cannot be reserved in advance; you must visit the City Library at Götaplatsen.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for keeping yourself updated on any changes or cancellations of concerts.
No contact details
We do not collect your contact details, but we note how many people borrow the cards.
Renewals
To allow as many people as possible to enjoy the experience, it is not permitted to borrow the Concert Hall Card more than once every six months.
Bag sizes
Larger bags are not allowed in the Concert Hall, and we do not offer storage for larger bags in our cloakrooms or storage cabinets. Diaper bags are excepted. Here you can read frequently asked questions about your concert visit.
